Phone Center Volunteer Qualifications

• Do you have a desire to serve others and work in ministry representing Zoe Life Outreach?
• Do you have computer skills or an aptitude to learn them?
• Would you be comfortable in a busy phone center environment? (Sitting in a cubicle, wearing headphones, and taking back-to-back phone calls?)
• Are you able to commit to one 4-hour volunteer shift each week for at least a 6 month period? The Phone Center is open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Are you comfortable with being monitored and mentored on calls?
• Are you willing to advance in ministry training after performing well in customer care?
• Are you in a position to be able to volunteer for us?
